Dio Plans to Export its Production

Dio plans to export its production.

Within the frameworks of the joint programme of the Bank of Georgia and USAID, which aims to support small and medium businesses, more than 20 companies received individual consultations and trainings from industry, and the company Dio is among them.

"Dio" has been operating in the Georgian construction market for 26 years and offers customers up to 70 products, including: plastic and aluminum doors and windows, slide systems and more. "Dio" employs up to 200 people. In addition to manufacturing, the company also offers consulting, measuring and installation services to customers.

"Currently, our goal is to expand the consumer sector and production. In addition to this, our future plans involve exporting. The company does not have much experience in this field, so involvement in the joint project of the Bank of Georgia and USAID Economic Security Program and qualified advices are utterly important for us. The experience gained helps us to properly define export markets and develop an action plan.", noted Irma daushvili, the founder of Dio.
