Corporation Kindzmarauli to Open Sighnaghi Hotel in 2022

Corporation Kindzmarauli will open a new hotel in Sighnaghi in spring 2022. As the company director general Nugzar Ksovreli told Business Partner, the project’s architectural part has been already agreed upon at the domestic municipal architectural board.

The company has also obtained a corresponding building permit. The four-storied hotel will comprise 20 suites and one restaurant, Nugzar Ksovreli noted. The company has launched consultations to select the hotel managing operator.

The calculation process is also underway to specify the project’s investment value, Ksovreli added. “We will build a 4-star or higher-class hotel”, Ksovreli said. Corporation Kindzmarauli owns a winery and vineyards in Kakheti Region. The company operates in hospitality industry too and owns Chateau Kvareli complex.
