Construction Works of Cable Cars in Mestia are Underway
18 million euro loan and 700,000 euro grant were allocated for the construction works of cable cars in Mestia.
According to the agreement, the grant is intended for the development of tourism in Mestia and winter sports. The preferential loan is for purchasing the cable car equipment in Mestia.
Within the frameworks of the project, the installation of two cable cars is already completed in Hatsvali. 5 cable car equipment are already delivered in Tetnuldi, 4 of them have been put into operation. Completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2021.
