Construction of New Head Office of TBC to Complete in 2022

The new head office of TBC, Tbilisi Business Center is under construction.

As the company noted, 83% of the concrete works will be finished by November this year.

The project will be finished in the summer of 2020.

The total price oft he investment is $72 million.

The project is based on modern and innovative technologies. The complex built on 13 hectares of the territory is designed for 2,000 employees and is fully energy efficient.

Additionally, 80/20 is the main concept of the project, which means, that only 20% of the territory will be under construction, and on the rest of the territory, the company will create recreational areas. The main aim is to create a healthy ecosystem.

The building of the new head office of TBC started in 2018, on the 26th anniversary of the bank.
