Construction of Ibis Styles Old Tbilisi has been Completed

The construction of Ibis Styles Old Tbilisi in Old Tbilisi has been completed.

The project is implemented by Kala Ubani company. The 67-room hotel is located in one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi - Kalaubani, at Kote Abkhazi 39.

According to the head of the project management company PDP, Mindia Gadaevi, only the interior arrangement works are left. Thus, interior design proposals are currently being selected.

The investment cost of the project is 5 million dollars.

The architecture of the 5-story building was developed by architect Mariam Papukashvili, and the famous Georgian architectural and design company Spectrum is developing the hotel's unique interior design. The total area of ​​the project is 4,000 sq.m.

Ibis Styles Old Tbilisi will additionally have a restaurant and a bar on the premises.
