Construction of Autograph Collection Hotel in Abastumani to Complete in 2022

The construction of the Autograph Collection hotel in Abastumani will be completed in 2022.

The construction phase is currently underway. The total investment of the project is 60 million dollars.

The 5-star 150-room hotel will have a spa, swimming pool, restaurant, conference hall, terrace with 360-degree view, etc. Surrounded by coniferous forests, the hotel will be located on a 20,000 sq.m. plot of land, with a total construction area of ​​30,000 sq.m.

The architecture of the building consists of a facade with an alpine character, which blends well with the existing landscape. The textile materials will be mainly glass, wood and stone textures.

It should be noted that Abastumani is rich in medicinal, phthisiological climate, as well as hyperthermic, mineralized springs and thermal waters, which will help to popularize Abastumani as a climatural-tourist resort in both local and international markets.
