Company Vivi to Build 150-Room Hotel in Telavi
The construction of a hotel on the site of the Viticulture Research Institute in Telavi will be resumed in September. The process was postponed first by a pandemic and then by the Russia-Ukraine war.
According to the representative of the company Vivi, Giorgi Khitarishvili, the hotel will have 150 rooms, and will be managed by an international operator.
The project also envisages building a museum. Price of investment is planned to amount to 10 million GEL.
