Coffee LAB Offers Customers Online service - the company's plans

Due to the influence of Coronavirus, the "Coffee Laboratory" cannot continue to operate as usual, the facility was closed. Nevertheless, the company used an alternative means and offered customers an online store.

"We have decided to build an online store with our own resources. Due to our business orientation, in principle, we had to stop working as usual, but we set up a sales service on our website -coffeelab.ge, ”said Tatia Zarkua, director of the Coffee Laboratory, in an interview with BM.GE.

Coffee Lab closed the cafe a few days before the actual quarantine was announced and then suspended the traditional product sales service, but due to demand and interest, the idea of ​​an alternative has emerged.

At the same time, according to the director of the "Coffee Laboratory", in terms of accessibility, the "Coffee Laboratory" offers customers discounts and tasting services.

As for the future plans of the company, as Tatia Zarkua notes, the opening of the second branch in "Coffee Laboratory" is considered. Work on the project has begun, but due to the background of Coronavirus, the repair work has been suspended.

"At this stage, we are resolving internal organizational issues, working on forming a team, conducting internal trainings online. We are preparing for more active work as soon as this period passes, ”said Tatia Zarkua.
