Chocotela is One of the Winners of Shark Tank Georgia

Georgian brand producing handmade chocolate, Chocotela is the winner of Shark Tank Georgia.

"Before participating in Shark Tank, I was trying to test my idea in order to find out if the customer would like the product. Then I started thinking about the investor. A friend told me about the project and I got interested too, I recorded a video and sent it. I did not have high expectations, but when I was called I was very happy, I overcame several stages and already got into the program.”, noted the founder of the brand, Mariam Kapanadze.

The initial offer included selling 35% stake in exchange for 150,000 GEL, and as a result of negotiations, share was increased to 50% and Soso Pkhakadze became the president of its Shark Wissol Group.

Mariam Kapanadze plans to purchase relevant equipment and employ people with the available money. According to her, Chocotela will be presented in all segments in 10 years. In the near future, brand's production will appear in retail stores, and future plans also involve exporting Chocotela to the markets of neighboring countries.
