Butrana to Open a Second Farm in January

The company "Butrana" will open a farm equipped with modern technologies in the village of Tibaani, Sighnaghi Municipality in January 2022.

According to the founder of Butrana, Jemal Khatiashvili, the investment for the farm amounts to 1 million GEL.

This will be a training-scientific complex, where research on breeding will be launched, as well as the staff will be trained.

"Construction works on factory and the installation of machinery have already been completed. In 1 week we expect 50 high-quality goods from Estonia, from which we will get natural, high-quality milk. We will use it in the production of cheese. The first farm will be canceled since it's built according to the old standards.", noted Jemal Khatiashvili.

Currently, the company produces 20 varieties of cheese, and after expansion, this assortment will be increased by 10.
