Butrana plans to open a second farm in Summer
Wine and cheese company, Butrana plans to open a second farm in July.
As Jemal Khatiashvili, the founder of the company mentioned, the construction of the facility is already finished on site. Currently, the installation works of fixed assets are underway, which are purchased from Canada, Sweden, Germany, and Poland.
The total amount of the investment reaches 1 million GEL.
"In total, we will have 50 cattles, which we will bring from Estonia and from which we will get natural, high-quality milk. As a result, it will be used in the production of cheese. We will cancel the first farm because it is built according to the old standards.", noted Jemal Khatiashvili."
Currently, the company produces 30 varieties of cheese and after expansion, it is expected to manufacture up to 30 types of cheese.
