Black Shawarma - Network of Facilities to Establish in Georgia

Black Shawarma is the first facility in Tbilisi, where shawarma has a different color. The contents of the product are classic shawarma, while its color is created with the food dye.

"I came up with the idea of producing Black Shawarma several months ago when I tasted this product abroad. Shawarma is very popular in Georgia and I decided to bring something new. Currently, we own only one facility, we want to develop our network in the future."

During pandemic, we closed our fast food restaurant, we opened it in June and added a delivery service.", defined Sulkhan Tvalchrelidze.

Opening a fast-food restaurant cost the owners about 30,000 GEL. Black Shawarma has an exclusive about this product in Georgia.
