Beta Group to Open Ibis Budget Brand Hotel in Tbilisi in 2023

The opening of the Ibis Budget brand hotel at N14 Uznadze Street in Tbilisi is planned for December 2023.

Accoridng to the director of the company Beta Group, Giorgi Jokhadze, the hotel should have opened in 2022, but due to the pandemic, construction work was suspended.

The project is being implemented on the site of the former Archeology Center building, which will include a new multifunctional hotel and apartment complex.

According to him, the hotel will have 227 rooms, to which will be added 133-room apartments, commercial spaces on the first floor, parking for 25 cars and spaces for cafe-restaurants. The complex will be built by the company "Anagi".

The total amount of investment is about $18 million.
