Azerbaijani Investor Buys Caucasus Online
Azerbaijani company NEQSOL Holding has become a 100% owner of Caucasus Online. Khvicha Makatsaria sold his 51% stake to Azerbaijani investor Nassib Hassanov several days ago.
As a result, the 100% stake is owned by Nassib Hassanov. We remind you that the 49% stake of Caucasus Online was bought by an Azerbaijani company in 2019.
According to the amendments to the Georgian Law on Communications, in 2020, the commission appointed a special manager, but the court temporarily annulled the manager’s authority.
