Association of HR Professionals Hosted the First and Largest HR Digitization Week in Georgia

With the support of GITA and the organization of HRPA Georgia, the HR Digitization Week was held at Biltmore Hotel Tbilisi. 

The was attended by about 500 HR professionals from the public and private sectors, CEOs, international donor organizations, HR digitization companies/startups, and government representatives.

During the event, together with international speakers, the global trends of HR digitization were discussed; Panels of public and private sector HR professionals and HR digitization startups/companies were held. By combining all three panels, the attending public together with the organizers of the event summarized the existing challenges and talked about ways to solve them.

The HR Digitization Week also hosted an exhibition of HR digitization startups and companies and presented a successful case of digitization of HR processes on the example of a specific company.
