American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia has a New Board of Directors

On December 7, the annual general assembly and elections of the American Chamber of Commerce were held in Georgia.

The member companies of the Chamber of Commerce elected Irakli Baidashvili as the new president of the organization, Michael Cowgill as the first vice president, and Giorgi Tkhelidze as the vice president and treasurer.

Until now, Irakli Baidashvili held the post of the first vice-president in the Chamber of Commerce. He represents GMT Group based on American investment in Georgia at the American Chamber of Commerce.

The co-founder of the Georgian-American University - Michael Cowgle, previously held the position of vice-president and treasurer of AmCham; The Deputy General Director of TBC Bank - Giorgi Tkhelidze - the position of the member of the Supervisory Board.

Sandro Shelia - Board of Directors (corporate A)
Ketti Kvartskhava - Board of Directors (Corporate B)
George Svanadze - Board of Directors (newly elected) (Corporate B)
Sarah Williamson was approved as President Emeritus and Honorary Board Member.
Betsy Haskell was approved as ex-officio advisor to the Board.
