Agrosphere Rewards Winners of the 2023 National Agricultural Olympiad with Special Gifts

Agrosphere, a prominent importer of innovative agricultural products and equipment, proudly served as a key sponsor of the National Agricultural Olympiad for the second consecutive year. In addition to its sponsorship, Agrosphere presented three exceptional agronomy students with special suitcases, each filled with essential measuring tools, as part of their winnings.

"We are delighted to partner with such a significant event as the AgroOlympics again this year," said Mariam Merabishvili, head of Agrosphere's 'Agrarium' training center. "Last year, our focus was on modern agricultural education, and we selected prizes to reflect that theme. However, this year, we shifted our emphasis to practical applications. Inspired by this, we prepared gift suitcases containing a set of professional tools. These portable suitcases can be easily transported and used in various locations. Each suitcase is identical and valued at 3,000 GEL."

The 2023 AgroOlympics saw the participation of 870 contestants, with 39 winners emerging from a rigorous two-stage testing process. The awards spanned four categories (specialist, student, farmer, and pupil) across six competitive fields (agronomy, veterinary-livestock, viticulture-winemaking, food technology, mechanization, and forestry).

The National Agricultural Olympiad, which commenced in 2021, has enjoyed Agrosphere's support for two years running. In the previous year, the company honored nine winning students with a variety of prizes, including audio and e-books, an online course, JBL wireless headphones, an Amazon Kindle, and a Samsung Galaxy Tab.
