Adjara Group to Open Abastumani Rooms Hotel in 2023

The iconic building of an old sanatorium, initially constructed in 1924, will be transformed into Rooms Hotel Abastumani for 2023.

According to the initial conception, the hotel will be high-class boutique style and will have at least 60 rooms.

"In 2023 we will open Abastumani Rooms Hotel. We work with the U.S. Government Development Finance Corporation. This project is financially support by foreign investor and our company.", noted Otar Berishvili. and with the participation of our company, ”said Otar Berishvili.

Rooms's total investment in Abastumani is $13 million, of which $5 million will be invested by Adjara Group, and $8 million will be invested directly by the Development Finance Corporation (DFC).

"Batumi Rooms" is also among the current projects of the company. According to Otar Berishvili, the opening of Rooms hotel in Batumi is planned for the summer of 2022.
