5-Star Hotel Labau to Receive Guests in Bakuriani from December 2021

Hotel chain ''Mgzavrebi'' will open a five-star hotel in Bakuriani under the brand Labau.

5-star hotel "Labau" will be able to receive guests from December of 2021.

According to the Deputy Director of Mgzavrebi, the hotel will have 125 high-class rooms.

Apart from this, the hotel has a territory of 3 hectares, where indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness and spa centers, sport and entertainment playgrounds will be built.

The complex also unites restaurants and a cafe with terrace, outdoor and indoor parking lots, conference halls, a recreational zone, and 24-hour service of security. 

The total investment of the hotel will be $6 million.

Hotel chain Mgzavrebi operates in the market since 2010. The apartment conception of the hotels was introduced by Mgzavrebi in Georgia for the first time.
