30,000 to 40,000 Tonnes of Potatoes are Expected to be Harvested This Year

Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, Solomon Pavliashvili discussed the matters of the product's transportation and realization at a meeting with representatives of the services.

This year is marked by an abundance of potatoes. According to the preliminary forecasts, farmers are expecting 30,000 to 40,000 tones of harvest.

As Solomon Pavliashvili mentioned, none of the farmers will face the problem of selling this product.

Zurab Chekurashvili, Head of National Food Agency and State Representative in Kvemo Kartli Region, Shota Rekhviashvili attended the meeting.
