Women in Wine Expo to Hold in May 2022

Women in Wine Expo holds the event for professional female winemakers on 4-6 May 2022 at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa in Napareuli, Georgia.

The project will involve women from around the world, including Armenia, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands and more.

Women in Wine Expo 2022 will present research and statistics on gender imbalances in the wine industry, and women from different regions will be able to share real stories and experiences.

The main theme of the 2022 Women in Wine Expo will be women entrepreneurship in the wine industry. Young female leaders from Georgia, Armenia and South Africa will discuss the matters of current trends in this field, customer experience, business development, etc. GIZ Georgia will also host a practical workshop.

The participation fee for the Women in Wine Expo is USD 275 (EUR 235). This ticket gives one access to:

- Welcome Night Wednesday 4th of May with popcorn, movies and international wine.
- The conference on Thursday 5th of May including all panel discussions and workshops (9 am to 6 pm)
- Lunch and coffee breaks on Thursday 5th of May
- Networking dinner
- Underground cellar tour and a Masterclass Georgian wines on Friday 6th of May (10 am to 2 pm)
