Lufthansa to Launch Frankfurt-Tbilisi Flights

According to the minister of economy, German air company, Lufthansa, which until now operated regular Tbilisi-Munich flights, now will be able to launch Frankfurt-Tbilisi flights too.

"We welcome foreign airlines which see the potential of growing tourist flows in Georgia and increase the frequency of regular flights.", noted Natia Turnava.

The flights will be launched four times a week from June 1st. The air company will also double Munchen-Tbilisi-Munchen flights.

"We are waiting for vaccinated tourists, including tourists with PCR tests with European countries.", added the minister of economy.
