Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers Appoints International Hospitality Leader Sébastien Vincent as General Manager
Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers has announced the appointment of Sébastien Vincent as its new General Manager.
Sébastien began his career in French cuisine, where his passion for hospitality was first ignited. This foundation led to an extensive international career, during which he held leadership roles across renowned hotel brands. His portfolio includes key positions at Novotel Almaty City Center (Kazakhstan), Mercure Grand Hotel Doha, Mercure Sohar, ibis Muscat, and ibis Al Barsha Dubai. He also played a pivotal role in launching several new properties across Oman, Qatar, and the Indian Ocean region, overseeing operations setup, team development, and market positioning.
Before joining the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers, Sébastien served as General Manager at Novotel Almaty City Center. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved a 45% increase in revenue and a 61% growth in operating profit within a year — a result of his transparent leadership style and people-centric strategy.
“I am delighted to join Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers, a hotel with distinctive architecture and a bold vision,” said Vincent. “My goal is to strengthen its reputation through a synthesis of creativity, operational excellence, and authentic hospitality. I look forward to working with a talented team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and deliver real value for all partners.”
