GEL 75 Million Amphitheater On Rike to be Included in the List of Privatization

The so-called Rike Jugs will be included in the list of privatization facilities.

According to the Minister of Economy, the object is valued at 95 million GEL and in the transparent auction, it will be assessed how relevant this price is to business requirements today.

Natia Turnava hopes to find an investor who will buy the property.

The auction is expected to take place next week. It was built during the previous rule of the amphitheater in Europe Square but has not been completed.

GEL 75 million was spent on its construction. The interior of the building is fully finished.
