Saqanima to be Presented with Virtual Stand at Annecy 2020

The Annecy International Animation Film Festival was created in 1960 and takes place at the beginning of June in the town of Annecy, France. 

Initially occurring every two years, the festival became annual in 1998. It is one of the four international animated film festivals sponsored by the Association Internationale du Film d’Animation.

Because of the world pandemic, the festival was held online, where Georgian Animators' Association - "Saqanima" was presented with its virtual stand.

This year, 15,570 participants from 110 countries were present at Annecy Festival, of which 4,310 were accredited, as well as 2074 stands and approximately 1130 projects were presented at the International Animation Film Festival.
