MAUDI Booster Auction at TBC Concept

 

MAUDI BOOSTER is the first art auction organized contemporary art space Maudi, in collaboration with TBC Concept. The auction aims to showcase works produced by emerging and established Georgian artists, particularly reflecting on the urgency of crafting a definitive, contemporary Georgian cultural identity. The exhibition with an accompanying auction, thus presents a chance to display given works in a unified framework, emphasize shared and overlapping themes in order to present cultural processes in a broader context.

 

This project is primarily a fundraiser - the majority of the proceeds raised at the auction will be used to further organize large-scale exhibitions and projects at MAUDI in the upcoming months. Although considering the pressing and critical nature of current circumstances, Maudi decided to channel the rest to the Ukrainian cause.
