International Conference on Organizational Transformation and Agile to Hold by TBC

For the first time in Georgia, an international conference on organizational transformation and agile will be held, which will be organized by MasterCard and TBC.

The conference will be attended by leading professionals from international companies who will share their experience and best practices of Agile transformation to the participants.

Participants of the conference will be international experts Eefje Van Den Borne and Peter Jacobs, who will tell the audience about ING agile transformation of the bank of the Netherlands. Currently, both of them continue to work as Agile consultants. Giorgi Mamaladze also attends the event, who will share his personal experience with the guests.

Along with them, the list of speakers also includes Georgian and foreigner experts from companies such as Mckinsey, Unicredit, IT altris, AgileLAB, Busuu, Siemens, HTC Solutions, etc.

CEO Vakhtang Butskhrikidze and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Nika Kurdiani will discuss the matters of TBC agile transformation. They will address the issues such as how the company should respond to the challenges and turn them into opportunities and why there is a need for transformation in the organization.

The conference will focus on the following topics:
