ESoDoc - European Social Documentary to Hold in Georgia Online

ESoDoc - European Social Documentary is the training initiative for media professionals who are eager to develop their documentary and new media project created by ZeLIG – the School for Documentary, Television and New Media based in Bolzano, Italy.
 
ESoDoc is a 3-step annual program taking place in 3 host countries. First time in its history, ESoDoc will be held in partnership with Georgia, due to the current situation - online.
 
ESoDoc - European Social Documentary in Georgia is organized locally by Chai Khana in collaboration with GNFC, Fritt Ord Foundation, and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia.
 
ESoDoc in Georgia will take place from November 26 till December 4 and includes lectures, masterclasses, screenings, and pitching. the detailed list of the sessions and timeline in the programme is available here: https://bit.ly/esodoc_geo_programme

In parallel with open lectures program, ESoDoc in Georgia includes two pieces of training. ESoDoc 2020 participants who were developing their projects from May till now, joined by four Georgian participants, will be participating in the third pitching session of ESoDoc.
 
Eight Georgian filmmakers, selected through an open call will participate in Impact training programme. The final participants will be announced on November 23rd.
