Student House to Build Multifunctional Student Dormitories in Tbilisi and Batumi

International company "Student House" enters Georgia.

By the order of the company, in Gldani, on Nozadze Street, special equipment has already started cleaning the area and preparing it for the construction process.

"Student House" will be the first multifunctional student housing complex in Georgia, which will combine sports, recreation, fast food, entertainment and educational spaces. The issue of logistics has also been resolved. Buses will run to all universities from the area.

Roza Rokhvadze, project manager of Student House in Georgia, says that Gldani is not the only location for a student dormitory. The smart home project will be implemented in five different areas, including Tbilisi and Batumi. "The first student complex in Digomi has already been completed. There are only internal works left and it will be ready to receive the first student in a few months," Rokhvadze said.

According to the investor, the implementation of a project of this scale in Georgia is conditioned by the growth of a safe environment and the popularity of the Georgian educational system in the world.

The 160 million investment will be targeted at 5,000 students at all five locations.
