Minister Davit Songulashvili Visits Kakheti Region to Review Environmental Projects and Meet Local Enterprises

Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Davit Songulashvili is visiting the Kakheti region.

During the visit, the Minister will officially open the new building of the Kakheti Regional Division of the Environmental Supervision Department and familiarize himself with the working conditions on site.

He is also scheduled to meet with employees of agencies within the Ministry’s system—including the National Forestry Agency and the Agency of Protected Areas—where he will be briefed on ongoing and planned initiatives, as well as current needs.

In addition, Davit Songulashvili will visit local enterprises established in Kakheti with state support, including “Cold Cheese,” “Winery Vine Ponto,” and “Babaneuri Marani.”

The Minister is accompanied by Giorgi Aladashvili, State Representative of the Kakheti region.
