Investment Value of New Projects in Adjara Reached 1 Billion GEL

Investment value of new projects of Adjara has reached 1 billion GEL - said the head of Adjara government, Tornike Rizhvadze.

According to him, in the next 2-3 years, such a pace of development will not slow down, and it is planned to create at least 6000 new jobs.

"About 5 months since the new year, we have managed an investment portfolio to reach a billion lari. We have negotiations with several key investment groups and by the end of the year our ambition is to double this portfolio and go up to at least two billion GEL.

This means that in 2-3 years we will create 6000 jobs in Adjara and in the part of taxes there will be a growing dynamic in Adjara, "said Tornike Rizvadze, Chairman of Ajara government.
