Companies that Buy Property under Privatization Program – Updates
Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has already sold 38 properties as part of the 100 Properties for Business state-run program.
According to LEPL National State Property Agency, 20 properties were bought by legal entities and 18 ones by physical bodies. They have bought land plots and buildings on them. Five of them are major investors: Ashendi Group, Aigvinissakhli (bought Mestia presidential residency), H Group, Ipkli Digomi. One of the physical bodies bought a land plot and buildings on it for 2.700 million GEL in Tbilisi.
Total value of the sold state property exceeds 47 million GEL.
