88 re-auctions were announced within government's project “100 Investment Offers to Business”

88 re-auctions were announced in the framework of the government’s project “100 Investment Offers to Business”.

Bids will end on January 8.

The facilities were offered to businesses on November 29. Since then, 26 have been sold and the state has mobilized about 41 million GEL.

Among the properties sold are Mestia, former Presidential residence – GEL 7.51 million, land and buildings in Bakhmaro – 2 538 000 GEL, Land and Buildings on Khosharauli Street – GEL 10 005 000.

The National Agency of State Property Management says that new facilities will be added gradually to the privatization list.

The National Agency of State Property Management launched privatization of state-owned objects. The project envisages holding of 100 parallel auctions and privatization of the property through simplified procedures.
