Webapp Becomes the Winner of Startup Action Competition
The Georgian software development company Webapp became the winner of the Startup Action Competition of Startup Lithuania and was included in the worldwide top 10 startups.
Webapp's team will travel to Vilnius in September, and during the one-week visit, they will be able to study the European market, meet the founders of successful startups, learn about important business centers and participate in other projects promoting innovation.
"Becoming a winner in the competition of Lietuva has several meanings for us: We are happy that we had a chance to be among only 10 startups selected from around the world. In Vilnius, we will meet local and invited technological companies from other countries, we will exchange information and business contacts. In addition, the program will help us in terms of service export - we will be given the opportunity to take our product outside the country and work on large-scale international projects.", - noted Webapp co-founder and director Levan Meskhishvili.
In addition to winning in the competition of Lietuva, Webapp was selected for the Skillshare international competition project, and the team will travel to Poland in September 2022. Along with training, successful Georgian startups will have meetings with potential investors and will be given the opportunity to make their services more global.
Webapp creates world-class digital products and projects. The startup provides programming to various niche segment businesses with its own software, and additionally, works on individual orders. Each software is developed as a result of communication with them - the company goes to the place, analyzes the processes, understands the needs of the users, and accordingly creates a product tailored to them.
The company helps small and large organizations in developing a business model and launching projects.
The services that Webapp's team of professionals offers to its customers are: Website and mobile application creation; project management consulting; business model development/refinement; organizational management; etc.
The startup currently serves around 300 organizations and this number is increasing every year.
"We have an individual approach to every client and we try to offer the highest quality service. When we conducted a customer satisfaction survey, we got an 80% rate, which is really appreciable and gratifying. By the end of the year, we want to increase this rate to 90%, and the number of our clients to amount to 500.", noted Levan Meskhisvili.
