Biblus Postpones Integrating International Brands until 2023

According to the director of company Biblus, Irakli Gagnidze, they had to suspend many investment plans due to the pandemic. 

Apart from this, they were planning or were having negotiations with several international brands. As Irakli Gagnidze noted, this matter was also postponed until 2023.

"I will refrain from details, but it was related to a new direction of retail trade. These brands are not represented in Georgia yet. One of them is a Dutch brand, the other is a British one.", declared Irakli Gagnidze.

Book chain Biblus was founded on May 23, 2008. The network includes 50 branches throughout the country.

Biblus offers a wide variety of books in all genres of literature in different languages. The company has more than 2,000 suppliers in Georgia, England, Russia, and Ukraine. Currently, the company employs more than 400 people.
