17-year-old Nikoloz Chartia from Poti is the winner of the international project LevelUp and will represent Georgia in the European Parliament on October 28-29.

Along with this, Nikoloz will take part in the selection of the first "Capital of Democracy" in Europe as a member of the jury within the European Capital of Democracy.
