Irakli Elashvili will lead the management team of FINCA Bank.
Irakli Elashvili Finca Bank Georgia is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He joined FINCA Bank as CEO in September 2020. He has many years of experience working in the financial and banking sectors in organizations such as Barclays Bank, BNP Paribas and TBC Capital in Georgia, Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom. In 2017-2019, Irakli was the Director of TBC Capital and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the financial sector, Irakli worked as a Management Consultant and various executive positions at PA Consulting Group, a leading global consulting firm in the energy sector in Georgia. Irakli holds a Master of Business Administration degree from London Business School (2008), as well as a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2002).
