Talks Between the Ukrainian and Russian Delegations to take Place on the Ukrainian-Belarusian Border
According to Volodymyr Zelensky, talks between Ukraine and Russia will be held on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border.
"The result of the conversation with Alexander Lukashenko: we agreed that the Ukrainian delegation would meet with the Russian delegation without any preconditions, on the border between Ukraine and Belarus, in the Pripyat River region.
Alexander Lukashenko has taken responsibility for the fact that all planes, helicopters, and missiles stationed in Belarus will remain on the ground during the travel, negotiations, and return of the Ukrainian delegation," Zelensky wrote.
In the morning, Zelensky said he would not consider Belarus as a place for talks between Ukraine and Russia.
