Wine Company Shumi Buys Land to Arrange Garden of Perennial Plants in Tsinandali

 

Wine Company Shumi has bought a nonagricultural land put out by the Ministry of Economy for electronic auction.

The company has already won the auction to buy a land of 23,809 square meters in Tsinandali, Kakheti Region for GEL 288,000. The company must pay the final bid within a month.
 
Under the auction conditions, Wine Company Shumi must arrange a garden of perennial plants in 3 years.
 
Furthermore, the company must pay a compensation amount of GEL 13,2066 for unused minerals to the state budget in a month after the contract agreement conclusion.
