Kindzmarauli Corporation to Launch Hotel Construction in Sighnaghi in 2022

Kindzmarauli Corporation will start building a hotel in Sighnaghi in 2022. As the company director general Nugzar Ksovreli told Business Partner, the designing works have been finished.

The construction works are expected to start in several months, supposedly, at the end of the winter season. The architectural part has been already agreed upon with the architecture board of local municipalities. Construction permits have been already issued. As noted by Nugzar Ksovreli, the 4-floor hotel will comprise 20 suites.

The project also includes a restaurant. As for whether domestic or international operators may enter the hotel management, Ksovreli noted that consultations were underway on the mentioned issue and the project’s investment value will be specified after that. Corporation Kindzmarauli already owns Chateau Kvareli in Kvareli and is building a new hotel in Sighnaghi. The company also owns a winemaking company and vineyards on 180 hectares in Kvareli.
