Government to Employ Young People at Winemaking Companies during Vintage 2020
The National Wine Agency will employ young people as operators at Kakheti-based winemaking companies as part of the 2020 vintage.
A total of 120 students were selected by the conversation at educational facilities in various municipalities of the Kakheti Region. The selected students were trained by corresponding specialists of the Agriculture Ministry.
The vintage registration program in Georgia was launched in 2013 to collect full information on grapes sales to make the process transparent.
Part of the selected students have gained due experience in previous years. Students will be employed due to their place of residence. Their monthly salary will be about GEL 900.
