"This year, as well as previously,  Georgian wine is present with diversity of varieties in Bordeaux, which further contributes to the promotion of Georgian wine and increase awareness around the world. This will eventually reflect on the volume of exports and will maintain the increasing dynamic of the recent years, "she says.

Within the four-day exhibition, thousands of visitors have tasted Georgian wine,  including wine professionals from different countries of the world. Qvevri wine, the tradition and culture of its production caused great interest in them.

The Georgian stand was visited by famous British wine writer Robert Joseph, according to whom VineExpo Bordeaux is one of the biggest wine show in the world. "People come here from China, US, from different countries of the world. It is nice to see Georgian stand and some of good Georgian wines here, to see that people are tasting Georgian  Qvevri and not  Qvevari wines, wine such as Tsitsqa, Kisi, Green, Rkatsiteli and Saperavi. I think it's very good to participate in this event for Georgia, this is the place where Georgian wine should be presented, "he says.
