Chelti Wines Joined the Network of METRO CASH & CARRY in Ukraine
Winery Chelti wines are sold in Ukraine, in the hypermarket Metro Cash & Carry.
As Ana Mirianashvili, Commercial Director of the company, told Business Partner, the company has successfully concluded negotiations with companies from several countries, therefore, Chelti wines will be sold in restaurants and supermarkets in Kazakhstan, USA and Great Britain from this year.
According to her, Chelti wines have already been sent to Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Japan.
According to Mirianashvili, 3 kinds of Chelti wines have been sold in the restaurant restaurant "Arzak" located in Spain since the end of 2021.
Winery Chelti is located in Kvareli, in the village of Shilda. On 80 hectares there are vineyards, orchards, traditional cellars, and a tourist complex.
The winery produces half a million bottles of wine a year. Among the 15 types of wine you will find such ancient varieties as Khikhvi and Kisi. The business is family run and its founder is Giga Mirianashvili.
The company exports its products to more than 20 countries, including: USA, Japan, Switzerland, China, Kazakhstan, Germany, Russia, Spain, Italy.
