Academic Conference "Georgian Wine and Vinery - Traditions and Scientific Challenges" was Held in Tbilisi State University.

The event took place at Tbilisi State University and ran for 3 days.

On the first day of the conference, honorable guests and speakers presented themselves before attendees. The second day involved hosting by Caucasus International University, where Georgian and foreign speakers presented their researches. On the last day concluding events were held.

Georgian and foreigner participants of the conference visited Ikalto Qvevri First School Academy, where they gained information about technologies used for creating Qvevri and examined Tech-Base. After the Scientific Academy Tour, they discussed the matters of different challenges and successes aroused from Viticulture and Winemaking science. They also shared their experiences in this field.

The participants of the conference visited Alaverdi Monastery, where wine tasting took place.

The conference was held within the framework of Caucasus International University, Tbilisi State University and Shota Rustaveli National Scientific Foundation of Georgia. The matters of conference were related to Georgian sciences about Wine and Viticulture. There was also presented the researches elaborated by Georgian and Foreign Scientists in the field of contemporary agriculture biotech diversity and economic, political aspects of winemaking and viticulture.
