''Utsera Resort will be the First Radisson Individuals Brand Hotel in Georgia''

"Radisson" brand hotel "Utsera Resort" opens in the resort of Oni municipality. An 85-room hotel is being built in the vicinity of the former sanatorium.

The company ''Team Two'' worked on the hotel project for the investor company. From the information posted on the company's website, it is clear that the ''Radisson Individuals'' hotel will be 5-story and cover 6,000 sq.m. area.

Radisson Individuals will look like this:

On August 25 of this year, a third-party management agreement was signed, according to which Silk Hospitality will manage the 85-room multi-seasonal hotel complex in Utsera.

"Utsera Resort" will be the first Radisson Individual brand hotel in Georgia. According to the authors of the project, the hotel will be fully operational from 2024.
