Shaori Chalet Palans to Add Two More Cottages on the Lake
Shaori Chalet, a floating cottage on Lake Shaori, will temporarily say goodbye to its customers until spring, but it will return to its guests with news from the new tourist season.
Speaking to BM.GE, the company's founder Vakhtang Iashvili says that from 2022 he will host guests on Shaori Lake with not one, but three cottages.
"We have completed the visual and architectural part of the project to add cottages. We will submit an application to the Georgian leasing company and we will wait for a response. We had offers to invest in the project, but the conditions turned out to be unfavorable for us, so we decided to develop our business with personal financial resources, ”said the company's founder.
According to him, they invested 50,000 GEL for the complete arrangement of the existing cottage, which included internal communications and the necessary inventory.
"The new cottages will be 22 square meters, instead of the existing 13 square meters. The demand from our customers for the balcony was great, and therefore we will use the roof as a balcony. At the same time, we plan to use solar panels as a source of additional energy in the cottages, ”said Vakhtang Iashvili.
For reference, in Racha, on the Shaori Lake, a floating cottage started receiving guests in the fall of 2020. This year, the cottage received up to 220 local and foreign guests. The cottage floating on the water with the necessary equipment offers guests a different vacation, which costs 400 GEL per day for two people.
