Schuchmann Group Built 6 New Villas within Rural Development Project
"Schuchmann Group" has started the second stage of development of the village, within which six new villas have already been built.
As the executive director of the company Nutsa Abramishvili told Bm.ge, a total of 10 villas were planned to be built within the mentioned project and the remaining four villas will be completed by the end of the year.
The executive director of the company says that they invested 1.5 million US dollars in the project in the last 1 year.
"We started expanding the villas in 2022, when we realized that we had to live with the pandemic. The number of travelers has more or less stabilized and local tourism has increased, so there is a demand for hotels. We have built 6 additional villas and the second phase is still ongoing. 6 additional villas will be opened in 2022", said Nutsa Abramishvili.
According to her, this fact is a prerequisite for the company to return to the pre-pandemic level.
Regarding the direction of the company's development, she explains that the demand for villas from tourists has increased, so they decided to expand in this regard.
"Now consumer behavior has changed so much, not only local but also foreign guests, everyone prefers to relax in nature alone. For our company, the number one investment potential and interest remains in Kakheti, and ecological projects are a priority. We can compete with eco-systemic development, that's why we continue to build villas," says Nutsa Abramishvili.
For information, Schuchmann Wine Village was launched in 2019 in the village of Kisishkhevi, Telavi district, where 14 high-standard villas are located, and 6 new villas have been added to this number this year.
