New Tourist Trail Arranged in Sataplia Protected Areas

A new eco-educational trail was arranged in Sataplia. A new trail has already been opened and hiking enthusiasts can access the trail for free.

The four-kilometer trail is easy to walk on, marked and information boards are installed along it.

Up to 100,000 GEL has been invested in arranging a new tourist infrastructure in Sataplia.

Sataplia is one of the most popular protected areas, with traces of dinosaurs dating back 120 million years.

In addition to viewing dinosaur footprints, according to the Agency for Protected Areas, Sataplia is now becoming even more attractive and interesting for hiking enthusiasts. 1 more has been added to the 2 existing simple hiking trails, and their total length is almost 7 km.
