New Rooms Hotel Opens at Resort Mitarbi in Summer

The hotel "Rooms Kokhta", which is located in the resort "Kokhta Mitarbi", will open its doors to first holidaymakers in the summer of 2019. The project is part of the Georgian brand "Rooms Hotels", created by Adjara Group.

As the company's representatives say, the hotel will be energy efficient. According to them, "Rooms Kokhta" will be created and unified by modern architecture and design concepts:

95 rooms and 70 apartments;
Conference hall;
Restaurant;
Lounge bar;
Terrace, 360 degree view;
Swimming pool, sports hall and other services that are requested by tourists;

"By implementing this project, Georgia will get closer to the world 's leading mountain ski resorts standards," said Valery Chekheria, executive director of Adjara Group.

Hotel "Rooms Kokhta" is a joint project of the company "New Mitrabi" and "Adjara Group", which has financial support from "TBC Bank" and "EBRD".
