Most of the Small Hotels Have No Bookings in September

Compared to last week, the load of large hotels in September increased in the regions (+2 pp), although decreased in Kakheti (-2 pp), the rate did not change for the seaside and Tbilisi hotels.

Most of the small hotels surveyed by TBC Capital do not have bookings in September.

Bookings in large hotels over the weekend deccreased compared to last week in Kakheti, seaside and other regions and amounted to 63%, 41% and 35%, respectively.

According to available bookings, the biggest discounts in September comes to seaside and Tbilisi hotels.

The TBC Capital Survey notes that local tourism is characterized by seasonality and is most active in the third quarter, hotel loads are lower than in previous months.
